So, business is great! And you dont have time to collect on old, outstanding obligations.
What are you going to do with those unpaid invoices, those piles of bad checks taking up space in your desk drawer? Those credit card chargebacks? Judgments? Mechanic liens? Ill buy them. Everything is negotiable.

Dont send me a uh, i got a .... and expect me to do anything other than ignore you. If you arent prepared to answer these questions, Im not prepared to give you any money!
I have bought some of the oddest claims imaginable, and then collected on them! I bought a womans claim to her car that a mechanic refused to release unless shed sleep with him--and then sued him. I bought a claim to some friends purchase of a tanning bed three states away; theyd sent a certified check and the guy refused to deliver what hed promised. So I paid them, sued him and settled for a tidy profit! I have bought debt so old that the statute of limitations has run out on it (stale debt) cause therere still things that can be done lawfully.
Most everything in any instance where you think someone owes you money is saleable. The two established exceptions are legal malpractice claims (of course, the stupid system protects its own!) and medical malpractice claims (theory being that your pain & suffering cannot be transferred to me). Everything else is saleable and transferable.Â
Typical debts I can buy: Â Accounts receivable, bad checks, credit card chargebacks, judgments, promissory notes, bankruptcy claims, mechanics liens, mortgage notes, etc.
I will consider ANYTHING you may have where you think youre owed any money. ANYTHING. Dont hesitate to ask.
However, if you send me a stupid email, youre not going to like my response, I guarantee you! So just dont waste our time. Im interested in buying your debt and claims of all nature and kind; you have to tell me about it-dont just send me an email saying, uh, i gotta xxx, are you interested? Yes, Im interested. Tell me about it so we can arrive at a price! Sheesh! If you dont answer at least the bullet-points above, dont bother.
I make a profit by buying your bad debt at a discount, so dont expect youre going to get fifty cents on the dollar for bad debt! Theres a lot of debt available for less than ten cents on the dollar, so please explain to me why you think your bad debt is worth what you think its worth.
