COPIER PURCHASE INFORMATION
Every copier is in good working order before shipping from our showroom in Saint Paul, MN. However, due to the fragile nature of digital copiers coupled with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance. HENCE, ALL OF OUR COPIERS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
DISCLAIMERS
We do our very best to make sure that you receive a good, clean, working copier that arrives without damage. Please keep in mind, the copier is a USED COPIER that will have normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, the buyer must list and sign for all damage on the bill of lading upon arrival. We can assist you with a freight claim at that time. If the damage is not specified and you signed for on the bill of lading, there can be no freight claim by you. Lamah Multivision LLC is not responsible or accountable for any damage that may occur.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur within 1-5 business days of receipt of your payment. Arrival at your delivery location will occur 1-10 business days from actual ship date. In cases when the copier is shipped via Freight, it will arrive corner-boarded, shrink-wrapped, blanket-wrapped and secured in ride truck. The cost listed here is for commercial/industrial buildings that have delivery accessibility. Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may vary in cost based on the shipping company.Or the copier will be delivered at your front door/facility.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, All copiers have a 30 day parts and labor only warranty, physical damage Is not covered. Should any technical problem arise, please email me through bonanza to inform us of the problem or call (8am--6pm central time Monday-Friday)
If a return is required, Customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred in shipping items back to Lamah Multivision LLC shipping facility.
