Rare And Collectible - Game And Watch -Donkey Kong Handheld Game(1982) - Video Gaming - By Owner - Electronics Media Sale


⭕ A collectors item that should be familiar to those that played video games in the 1980s. This is a hard to find Game and Watch Donkey Kong handheld game from 1982. (Mario made his first appearance in the arcade version of the game the previous year, wasnt even named Mario yet).
The Dual screen design later influenced the Nintendo DS gameboy advance units.
The game is fully functional, but has normal signs of use
1) scratches and wear on front plastic (see pic 3),
2) a few scratches on screen (mainly on the top screen, but does not affect gameplay one bit),
3)clasp that keeps the unit closed is broken (common with these dual screen Game and Watch units) (see pic 5)

The unit is over 30 years old, given the age, its actually in good condition. You can also make out the serial number. Everything works as it should, buttons are good and responsive, screen is not damaged nor does it have bad pixels -on screen characters are still sharply defined and clear (some units you may find have missing pixels or screen damage of some kind ).
The game is pretty darn difficult as handheld games were at the time. New batteries were just put in.
