Tires are 90% to new but are showing typical age but I maintain 50psi and have no leaks nor have I ever had a flat. Unit is carpeted, has diamond tread plate stone guard, ramp door and edging inside. I have hung a metal cabinet that has held fuels, oils, tools and rags that Ive used to maintain the car I have kept inside, I will likely be removing this cabinet and use it in my garage so its not included in the sale. The roof is rusty and could be painted to reseal it but I dont have the time to do restoration work at this time.
When I ordered this trailer from Wells Cargo I hat the walls insulated and got many other options to protect the cars I have stored and moved around inside. The walls are not hallow. I paid $8000 for this unit, willing to accept less than half this given the roof rust, else the unit is perfect except for the rust. Clear title in hand. Wells Cargo is the leader in trailer manufacturing, that market has changed since I bought this but I think the quality is still there. Bargain at $3400.
unit also has 110volt outlet interior that power via male input outside, there are also interior lighting that power if you hook up class 3 round connector but I have figured out how they work when I use flat 4 connection/converter.
