Has 5 YEAR WARRANTY left!!! Sleeps 4 adults & 3 kids or 5 adults & 1 kid comfortably. Has kitchen, full bathroom, dinette (turns into a bed), bench (that can also sleep), and 2 beds (one on each end of the trailer that can sleep 2 adults each comfortably).

4 IMPORTANT ACCESSORIES ADDED:
2 Bunk fans (one for each tent bunks to circulate air inside better. It helps keep the tent ends the same temperature as the rest of the trailer)
PopUp Gizmos covers for both tent bunks (works real well for its purpose plus it keeps tents clean & blocks suns brightness in the morning when you want to sleep in). See link below.
