Lets start with the living quarters. The living area is a 12 short wall with a full bathroom and kitchen, and the combo lock on the entry door makes for easy entry. Trail Boss Interiors use solid Alder wood cabinets, soft touch ceiling and walls, and the western star decor. All the windows have day and night shades with custom valances. The bed area has storage on both sides of the bed and a swivel mounted TV that can be viewed from bed or living area. This Elite has ducted A/C to keep you cooler in the summer. There is a couch that can fold into a bed for more sleeping arrangements if needed. The kitchen is fully loaded! Included is a stainless steel double sink, a 3 burner cooktop, microwave, 6cuft fridge and freezer separate, and an oven. There is also plenty of room to store cooking supplies, food, or kitchen cookware. For other supplies there is storage above the couch and by the entry door. The bathroom is huge! There is a large radius front shower in the corner with a skylight, separate toilet, and a wall of closets, and cabinets for clothes. The vanity has a medicine cabinet, a sink, and drawers below. There is a walk-through door to the mid tack.
The 4 mid-tack or mudroom in between the horse area and living quarters has rubber mats on the ground for easy cleaning, and a shelf against the far wall. Included are 10 hooks to hang extra halters, dog leashes, towels, and more. There are roof vents in this room for better air circulation and it is fully insulated.
The horse area has mangers in each of the stalls with outside access to storage. Each of the stalls has a padded solid shoulder divider with an easy slam latch. The head wall has the Heavy duty drop down feed doors with the drop down safety bars. The tail wall has slider windows, plus there is a pop up roof vent above each stall. The rear door has a drop down window as well to create the most airflow possible and the stall area is fully insulated also. The tail wall has clips to hang a broom and shaving fork also. This trailer has the WERM floor installed to reduce cleaning time and protect the aluminum floor AND NO MATS TO PULL.
The rear tack has a 3 tier swing out saddle rack, a 4 tier swinging blanket bar, two brush trays, and 10 bridle hooks. The rear tack door has a window to air out the tack area. On the rear of the trailer is a removable rack for hauling an ATV or golf cart. It pins up against the rear of the trailer and has pins that let it swing out of the way for easy access to the horses and tack area. You can easily remove it all the way too. All down the side of the trailer are small D-rings to easily tie dogs to the outside.
This trailer was serviced summer of 2015 and hasnt been used much since. All living quarter components are in good working condition. It has 60 gallon fresh water tanks, and two 30 gal black/grey tanks. Call for more information. Financing is available.
