2002 28' Slide Out Trailer, It's Set Up Now, Or Road Ready.


⭕ DESCRIPTION & COMENTS
This 28 trailer is set up now for showing that everything works. It is currently parked in a mobile home park in Dana Point, ca. I have been comfortably living in it for the past 2 years. Due to medical reasons, I cant use the steps anymore. I fall alot, so I found a studio with no stairs.
My move out date is May 1st. Then it goes into storage with slide in. Hard to show that way.
The registration is next due in Nov. 2018; Your good till then.
I use the fold down sofa for a comfy bed, and the dinette set also drops down to make another bed. It sleeps 4-5 people.
I have converted the back bedroom into a huge walk in closet, storage area, but you can put a bed back in there. There are 2 include double tiered clothing racks that holds 100lbs of clothing. Also, under the sofa is lots of storage. Under the dinette seats are also large storage spaces.One seat has a keyed accses door outside for easy entry. There is also a large outside storage bin with locks.
It has lots of drawers and cabinets and there is a 4 x 3 cabinet in the front room that I put my TV and computer stuff on. I can watch it from the bed.
The slide out creates a shelf on top that holds canned goods, foil, plastic wrap etc.
IT COMES WITH:
A working Gas or elec.fridge/freezer...Working Air Cond. The heater takes 5 minutes to heat the entire trailer...Toilet, shower, tub...Hot water takes 10 minutes to heat so you dont have to waste gas. Also included is my own Toaster oven/broiler...My own  large comfortable recliner... (2) 7 gallon propane tanks...New input water hose...A Sears size catalog parts book that has every part and gizmo for every model on the road...A 2 year old working Microwave oven...A new water intake hose...Tires are in good shape, new spare...automatic thermostat...Cable, phone and TV outlets...Tools for trailer...All silk foliage that frames the windows giving it a real peacefull atmosphere...Huge working slide out...
A 4 burner stove/oven (I have never used the oven, and maybe the stove twice, I use the micro, toaster oven mostly)...It also comes with my own bread toaster...AM/FM/CD Stereo system.
The roof was sealed and the undercarriage joints were done last year. No leaks.
