RC P-51D AS3X Micro Airplane


⭕ Parkzone P-51D Mustang BNF Ultra Micro Bind and Fly with AS3X stability System
I bought this plane when the AS3X was a new idea. The P-51 looks really cool and its been hanging in my office for a couple of years as a static display. Its amazing that a plane so light and small actually flies. It looks like a display model. BUT - it flies really well. Wingspan is 16.
I am selling it because I dont take it anywhere to fly it. I fly small drones at home. It has been flown a couple of times and it still works like new. The photo shows that it hit the spinner. Spinner is foam on this plane so there is no damage other than paint. And the photo looks worse than it looks in person. It flies like a much larger plane, rock solid and responsive. I can demonstrate that it works but I wont fly it.
This is NOT the new model with the brushless motor. This version uses a brushed motor and a little 150mah 1s battery. Cheap batteries, great flight performance, light weight - its an amazing low cost and cheap to fly package. If you have any of the Eflight or Parkzone fliers with the 1s batteries and charger and a 4+ channel DSM2/DSMX transmitter you have all you need to add a cool little plane to your collection.
I have the original box and manual. The original battery isnt any good - batteries are about $5.
This P-51 was purchased at Phils Hobby Shop for $129. Im asking just $65 for the plane in the original box with manual - no battery, might include charger if you need one.
