Outdoor Adventures Diamond Campground Membership **For Sale OR Trade**


⭕ We are selling our Outdoor Adventures Diamond Lifetime Membership. This is the highest level membership that is offered, and cannot be purchased anymore from Outdoor Adventures! The only way you can get this type of membership is to buy it from a current member; and is the true Cadillac of memberships! With it you can stay 3 weeks at a time as many times as youd like for life. the transfer fee is $ 350.00 and my yearly dues is $395.00 The only reason we are selling it is because we sold our RV to purchase a cabin up north. Also, our kids are grown and we just no longer use it. or possible trade.

Your membership includes access to 7 different - Private, Gated, Family/Pet Friendly Campgrounds; which are:

- Saginaw Bay -- Standish, MI
-Wilderness -- Omer, MI
-Rifle River -- Sterling, MI
-Lake of the North -- West Branch, MI
-Lake Shore Resort -- Davison, MI and Lake Shores Water Fun Zone Waterpark
-Mystic Pines Resort -- Mount Pleasant, MI
-Grand Haven -- Grand Haven, MI (Under Development)

The amenities that come with the membership are too lengthy to list, but some include:
RV and Tent Sites with Electric/Water/and Sewer Hookup, Indoor & Outdoor Heated Pools, Jacuzzi, Mini Golf Course, Fishing, Kayaking, Paddle Boating, Nature & Hiking Trails, Game Room, Adult Lounge, Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Volleyball, Tennis, and Basketball

There is always something to do at these campgrounds! Outdoor Adventures also has several daily activities that they host that are fun for the whole family. Our family has truly had a blast over the past 10+ years of owning our membership, and only have great things to say about this company. The ownership is fully willable/trustable, and you can pass it down for generations. We paid over $12,500 for this membership when we bought it, and are looking to get $3000. You will also have to pay a small transfer fee. Id also consider a TRADE
