Fish House


⭕ Built two years ago. 6x 10 four hole fish house. Has 5x 6 treated skids. Has a front to back steel frame with axel and removable Wheels. Detachable hitch. Floor is 2 x 6 treated joists with 3/4 treated plywood. 2foam in the floor with all seams taped. Front and rear walls are 2x4 treated with 4 bat insulation. Side walls are 2x2 treated with 2 foam insulation with all seams taped. Outer walls are treated plywood with tyvek wrap and vinyl siding. Roof is built from shortened trailer house truses. The face of each one have been covered with plywood for strength. Plywood roof with tar paper and then tinned. Inside walls are 5/16 plywood cut into 3 1/2 strips and nailed on to appear as knotty pine. Has a steel door with lock and dead bolt. Two double pain windows. Bright led interior light. Led exterior light. Working tail lights. Has a 110 plug that is connected to a 900w generator. Big enough to do pretty much any thing you want for electricity. Has a locking tool box for the generator and a 20# propane tank. Has a nice new heater. This is a very nice warm fish house. The axel has slide on hubs and wheels. No bearings. So if you want to go long distance you will have to grease the zerts a lot or trailer it. I grease them and would run 20 miles no problem. Decide it is a little to small for me so am going to build a new one. Asking $1500. Clitherall MN. Call 21840509 one four.
