Butcher Calf Quarters 4 Sale April/May Processing Grass Fed/no Harmo
Fresh Calf Hides for tanning, $125 each, $75 with beef purchase. Must be picked up day of butchering, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We offer to sell 1/4 of a butcher calf cut and wrapped with a many steaks, thickness etc. as U desire, hamburger, roast etc for your freezer, tell the butcher how many steaks you want in each package,
You may purchase as many quarters as you like. Send your e-mail and we will send you info. U want pan sausage, link sausage, Polish, German, etc. ? YOU PAY THE BUTCHER EXTRA MONEY OVER AN ABOVE WHAT YOU HAVE PAID ME for his pork, stuffings, seasoning & his fees to prepare the sausage you want. PLEASE NOTE, I HAVE NOT INCLUDED PORK OR PREPRATION OF SUSAGE IN MY CHARGES LISTED BELOW.

2.) Rear quarter $495 each
You would need to mail your deposit check or cash when placing your order.
All beef is raised on our property and after weaning the calfs are raised on our grass pastures with no added hormones or meat enhancement drugs.
We are a small operation and only wish to seek out a small amount of repeat customers.
Also you will need to pick up your meat from Meat Packaging in Navasota, Tx.
