Being a Class-B means it is considered to be a automobile,
my mother and father in law have a Class A diesel pusher it cost them $320 a night to park at the beach,
and it cost me $0 cause I was allowed to park this in a parking space.
It is really amazing to have such diversification having a full blown RV
with a generator, restroom, air conditioning and you can park it downtown in San Francisco in front of a parking meter is really a pleasure.
Getting back to the RV the RV was ordered with almost every factory option that was available,
the carpets and seats have always been covered as you can see in the pics.
The exterior of the RV was always waxed and taken care of as you can tell from the photos and photos have not been edited in any way,
you can look at the stripes and the outside of the fiber glass and you can tell for its age how well we took care of it.
The RV has over 123,000 miles but it has always been professionally serviced and maintained by a reputable service/shop.
The only issue we had was the gas tank was replaced and when it was it was not venting properly so a mechanic drilled a hole in the gas cap to vent the fuel tank which of course triggered the check engine light.
I am not trying to sell you on this I am just trying to tell you true facts.
We bought a used RV once with 11,000 original miles that sat and was not used,
and we were so excited to get the low miles.. guess what!? Over $10,000 in repairs we finally got it going,
when a RV sits, or ANY vehicle sits without being used or maintained things start drying up, suspension starts sagging up, breaks start locking up,
this RV was always used and always maintained and has never let us down.
As you can see in the pics it has always been well taken care of.
The generator purrs, air conditioning is ice cold
The tires have no dry rot this RV is ready to go.
