⭕ Vicente Carrillo 1a Concert Classical Guitar, model Primera Especial. This is a brand new 2016, 1A Handmade Spanish Classical guitar with excellent well balanced sound, bright and sweet trebles and deep basses. 650mm scale, 51mm nut width, German Spruce top, Madagascar Rosewood back & sides, Ebony fretboard, Indian Rosewood top and back binding, Nitrocellulose finish. Comes with hardshell case.

Luthier Information:

Vicente Carrillos professional experience comes from the lengthy history of the Carrillo family since 1836, out of which, he is the fourth generation guitar maker. This was the decisive factor for him being honored with the Regional Craftsmanship award in 2009 and subsequently, the National Award in 2010. His guitars also have a very special sound, reaching an adequate balance between potent basses and sweet sounding trebles. Innovation is ever-present in his guitars by utilizing different construction techniques therefore being in constant evolution adapting this way to the necessities of each professional, among which we can mention: Paco de Lucía, Tomatito, J.M. Cañizarez, El Niño Josele, Rafael Cañizares, Javier Limón, Keith Richards, Josemi Carmona (Ketama), Duo Montes Kircher, Al Di Meola, John McLaughlin, among others.

Vicente will be attending the Annual GFA Convention & Competition in Fullerton, CA in June 2017 if you would like to see more of his instruments.
