USA MFG 1925 Baldwin Baby Grand Piano Grand Prix

Piano Model: M-52, Serial #49107
Purchased in Chicago ~1933, kept in family since.
This is a beautiful, elegant instrument (built in the U.S.A.) in fine working order with a lot of history and class. Wood is Mahogany. Claw foot stool included as well as lots of mostly classical sheet music.
The piano needs to be tuned and regulated. The hammers need to be reshaped and voiced, but not replaced.
Bushings : slightly worn.
Pin Block: tight in all areas.
Strings: original with some tarnish
Sound Board: Good conditions but needs cleaning
Bridges: no cracks
Cabinet: wood in good condition, normal scratches etc.
Key Tops: original , some chips, 6 keys missing tops but I have missing key tops
Bench: worn but in good condition
Pedals: sustain and shift pedals work-tarnished
Flanges: good overall condition
Hammers: Fair condition with slight grooves-need reshaped
Dampers: Good
Action: needs regulation and tightened

The above taken from 2012 appraisal by Tom Turner, Roseburg piano technician, who considered the piano to be a worthy instrument . All serious inquiries welcomed.
