Marshall DSL40C All Tube Combo Amp


⭕ I purchased this amp from a local musician this summer. Its a really great amp, but I have more than a dozen and my wife has insisted that if Im not in a band, I need to downsize. The previous owner put a $200 aftermarket speaker in it (Creamback). Its all tube, with max 40 watts. But if you know amps, you know tube watts are louder than solid state. This thing can wail! That said, tube amps sound better cranked, and youre not always playing a stadium. So theres a half power switch to get you that tone at reasonable volumes.

Its two channel, each with different modes which makes it basically a 4 channel amp. The clean is very clean for a Marshall, then crunch, lead and heavy gain. The Creamback speaker absolutely wails! Marshalls are known for being great for rock, but with this speaker you can get some super high gain metal tones too.

This amp cost $700 new and has a $200 aftermarket speaker upgrade. Also, I just had it serviced a few months ago, so you can be assured its a solid performer. There are a few cosmetic issues as youd expect, but Im saying its in excellent condition because of whats on the inside. Cash only please.
