F.E. Olds & Son Ambassador Cornet (Trumpet)


⭕ A beautiful used F.E. Olds & Son Cornet (very similar to a trumpet). The Cornet and Trumpet are used interchangeably in elementary, middle school and high school bands. All slides work, all valves are great with great compression. Plays and sounds like new. Some wear to the finish, but still has a nice shine. Includes case and mouthpiece.

Original F.E. Olds & Son case. I believe this one is from the 70s based on the case. I havent checked the serial number.

If you have a child getting ready to start a music program in the Fall, now is the time to pick up an instrument. For what you would pay a music store for a few months rental, you could own a great instrument. This one will serve you for many years. If you are familiar with instruments, you will know that the F.E. Olds & Son Ambassador line rivals many pro lines.

Dont miss out. $250.00 buys you one of the best brands of instruments available. If you dont buy this one - make sure you get a decent brand. Dont buy any internet junk for 200-300 as the music stores will not repair them when they break and you will end up throwing it away. This is a decent instrument that will last for years and years. Your child may even hand it down to their children one day. I have Olds instruments dating back to 1938 and they all work and play like new. Granted I have cared for them and kept them cleaned and lubricated. But that is something that you will do also - I hope.

Anyway, 250.00 buys this great horn. Dont miss out. Im thinning my herd of instruments and this is the last Cornet that I have to sell. I have two Cornets Im keeping, both by Olds. One is an Ambassador and the other a Studio model.
