NADA average retail book value with the ABS feature and crash bars is $7,209 (this does not include luggage, GPS and bracket, etc. A buyer can have this bike and all the extras for under blue book value which your bank will like and it makes getting a loan easier if youre financing the purchase. Also, the anti-lock brake feature really lowers your insurance premium.

This is a fun bike to ride. Its very nimble on the street and the 800 triple really responds to throttle input with an extremely smooth broad power band. Front brakes are first rate-- smooth, controllable and powerful. The bike does surprisingly well off-road, too. You dont want to go down any bark bustin trails, although it will tackle rutted unimproved logging roads with no problem. Its a blast to ride, very stylish and its attributes are such a good compromise between its three functions of sport bike, off road bike and touring bike. I really hate to sell this bike. I got the wife a Suzuki dual sport and we were going to ride together, but she lost interest in learning to ride.
