WERNER DROP DOWN ATTIC STAIRS, NEVER INSTALLED!
They attach to the studs around the opening of your attic for a permanent solution to accessing your attic; no more unstable ladders! Now you can walk up with your boxes securely in-hand and not have to hang on to your ladder for support. Plus this unit has a 350 pound capacity!
Frame dimensions are 53.5 inches x 29.5 inches. Its spring loaded for easy deployment and closure and folds up in three sections. Sections can be cut down or removed altogether to fit you specific application whether you want to use for your attic or in a tall loft shed.
These stairs are brand new, the plywood backing has some water staining though which is purely cosmetic...this plywood can be unscrewed and replaced easily with a new piece of plywood, painted to match your ceiling or just left as it is.
I paid over $300 for these but my situation changed and I never ended up installing this unit so Im offering it to you today for just $125 obo!
I can even deliver it to your home or business in Kingman for free. And I can deliver to Bullhead, Ft Mohave, Laughlin and Havasu for $15 to cover fuel.
