Knotty Pine (reclaimed) Wood For Sale


⭕ Im demoing 2 old buildings. they were an old motel in the Black Hills of South Dakota. There is some fair-good quality knotty pine and other old wood (roof/wall joists/studs) that can be re-used. The knotty pine measures in length any size up to 8ft. it is of the groove type paneling. Ive had offers but I havent advertised to see what I can possibly get.

If you are interested, let me know and we can see if we can get you this wood as inexpensive as possible.

Im demo-ing, and transporting. Willing to transport where ever at cost of gas, trailer rental & labor @ $10/hr.

Bottom line, its about 1500 sq feet of knotty pine and some assorted other wood (roof beams/wall studs). You want to be kind to the environment, want some aged wood, be a great person and help me stay gainfully employed during my winter lay off and pay my bills?? Then lets talk turkey and get you this wood. Im thinking anywhere from $1500 if YOU DO ALL THE WORK AND TRANSPORT. If me, my girlfriend, and my son do the work, and get it transported, Im thinking $2500-$3000, depending on travel costs.
