Firewood Slabs - Cedar, Fir, Pine - Project Lumber - Free Delivery


⭕ These are slabs from a sawmill loaded onto a 7w x 12l x 4h dump trailer. $120/trailer load. The trailer will be heaped full when delivered. This load consists mostly of Incense Cedar and Douglas Fir. The slabs generally range from 15w x 5 thick down to 3w x 1 thick and ~8-13 long and may include strips of lumber that didnt meet grade but makes great kindling!

This is sold by trailer load, not by cord volume, but, generally speaking, a heaped trailer of slabs will yield more than a cord of firewood. The slabs are green, but since they are sawn lengthwise, they dry very fast. There is a fair amount of bark on the slabs, but it all will burn great when dry. Once cut to length, generally, no splitting is required! And if you dont have a chainsaw, a miter saw or even a skilsaw works great to cut these up.

If you are a hobbyist and own a tablesaw, there is a lot of quality wood available in the slabs. The slabs are generally the clearest part of the tree. You can even build a rustic fence out of these!

NOTE: You must have a large area for a truck and trailer to maneuver around:

FREE delivery within 10 miles of the Klamath Falls city area. Areas further than that will have a nominal charge to cover the extra cost of fuel & time. Figure on $30 extra per load for areas such as Keno, Merrill, Malin, or Chiloquin. Figure on $40 extra per load for Rocky Point, or further south than Merrill.
