PLATE 25th ANNIVERSARY


⭕ This is a beautiful Silver Anniversary PLATE by Vilettas Arts of Roseburg with silver embellishment. Its in excellent condition and will be a treasured gift !

I probably wont respond at all.
(2) If you want me to hold your purchases until you accumulate enough to make the trip more economical, make arrangements in advance, and Ill make a 12 by 12 by 18 inch space available for one month (30 days) at a charge of $ 8.00 (eight dollars) - OR - $ 40.00 for 6 months, payable in advance via Pay Pal or USPS Postal Money Order. Empty or Full, its $8.00 / mo.
(3) Many listings are XP and available on my Facebook pages and are FCFS basis generally. I provide good descriptions and photos of the items I sell, therefore there are no refunds, reductions in price or exchanges . . inspect your purchases before you leave the exchange area . . always !
(4) I check for messages, e-mails and phone texts / calls every morning and sit down to actually spend time on the keyboard/monitor late-afternoon and evening . . however, be patient, as I will respond to your inquiries and handle transactions in a reasonably timely manner if you have included your cell number as part of your initial contact. This is a home-based endeavor and being rural, I mail / ship every Tuesday and Friday.
(5) I sell homemade, hand crafted and painted items also and there are no identical items and almost always insignificant production flaws that do not affect the overall value of the item. There will be no refund, exchange or reduction in price for any such production flaws.
(6) You may use Cash (exact amount of purchase only), U.S. Postal Money Order or Pay Pal for payment. As always, your initial contact as Buyer must include your cell number and first name in the communication to help validate the transaction and enable quicker more effecient location and contact if needed thoughout the transaction. There are no exceptions !
(7) Ill e-mail you with contact and/or payment information and work with you to set up a time for the local, cash (exact amount) payment and pick up at a time convenient to both of us. Larger, bulkier items will not be shipped. You must make arrangement to have them picked up at our exchange area. If shipping is required, an additional charge will be added to the purchase price, most often, Flat Rate Priority Mail, per rates available on-line at USPS.com. Though seldom done, Special Shipping may be considered under extenuating circumstances.
(8) Local pickup will be in West Mt.Vernon located at, or near, the parking area and Bus Stop next to the McLean Fire Department at the McLean and Beaver Marsh Roads intersection that has good lighting and high traffic volumn (for a rural road). Well communicate via cell phone to make final arrangements or make sure you arrive with the least fuss or problem(s).
(9) The best way to insure a quick, hassel free transaction is good communications. BE ADVISED: if you dont give me your phone number for confirmation in your initial contact and forget to call ahead of arrival, I wont be at the exchange area! The transaction may be considered null and void and the item(s) relisted for sale. If the buyer does not follow through with the transaction or appear at the scheduled time/day for pick up or exchange without prior notice of extenuating circumstances acceptable to seller, the buyer may be blocked without further notice or warning.
