You have seen all the others now let us tell you what stands us apart from the rest. We can have a custom tank built within a week, NO LONG WAIT. With our innovative design team when you buy a melter from us you will never have to worry about the burn out you find on other melters of the same grade. Burn out is when you use the unit the first time and it burns the paint off the front of the melter causing it to rust. Our Patent pending innovation prevents this from happening. All of our melters come complete with torch, temp gage, and agitation.

We have tanks of all sizes and for all uses. All of our tanks come standard with hand agitation 3 to 1 gear ratio providing for easier cranking we also feature hydraulic agitation for a minimal cost to upgrade. Our normal configuration is steel paddle within ½ of the walls of the tanks. There is no rubber to break off and contaminate your emulsion or to create more clogs and maintenance. We will do rubber sweeps if a customer asks for them.

We have the best spray systems on the market. We use a specialized centrifugal pump, which then can be upgraded to a banjo pump, or even as far as air systems.

All of our hydraulic agitation comes with a reliable Honda gx120 engine certified by Honda and comes with a three year warranty but will far outlast its warranty. During the certification process Honda puts the motor through tests on our equipment and there was never a max load on the engine.

We have trailer units to meet every budget. All of our trailers use a new torsion axle suspension system. These axles are all rated for more than you will ever haul on one of our trailers. These axles are state of the art and will allow for better pulling, less bounce, lower profile, and less maintenance. Other companies are using spring and shackle axles and they just arent as good as ours. Our new line of trailer is the EcoPlus for the person who wants an economical way to haul equipment without filling up the bed of your truck.
