Adjustable Screen deck, durable construction, great design, makes this screener the best in its class.


Choose the pitch that works for your products from 50 degree slope down to 25 degrees and anywhere in between .

If you are screening wet, nasty soil just keep it at 50 degrees , when your soil is dry, lay it down that will allow your material to stay longer on the screen deck .

Adjust the pitch according to your conditions and materials.

The second feature that is not on the older model is a swing away feed deflector which opens up the hopper
to allow the larger objects to pass through.,
The outside dimensions are 54 x 98 x 85 tall.

The weight is 1900 pounds.
Smaller and bigger machines are available as well.

This is not do it yourself grizzly ,
This is engineered, commercial grade, durable piece of equipment thats made from certified steel plate, made to last.

This machine is a perfect fit for bobcats, skid loaders with buckets up to 78 wide or up to 1 yard.

The package which includes : Feed deflector , vibratory system and one mesh (3/4x 4) all for $4995.

Lift extensions - $ 175 a set ( allows you to use the cutting edge of the bucket to move the machine, instead of pallet forks)

2 x 2 - makes 1 1/2 minus
1 1/4 x 1 1/4 -makes 1 minus
1 x 1 - makes 3/4 minus
1/2 x 1/2 - makes 3/8 minus
3/8 x 3/8 - makes 1/4 minus
1/4 x 1/4 makes great playground sand (needs to be fairly dry.)
5/32 x 5/32 - makes great mortar sand ( has to be dry.)

Elongated mesh, works best for:
3/4 x 4 commercial grade topsoil.
1/2 x 4 top dressing , potting soil.
3/8 x 4 - compost screening
1/4 x 4 - fine compost , winter sand
