The auction is primarily home improvement returns. These are unmanifested loads. All pallets will start at $99. The truck value per pallet is AVERAGED AT $630. This simply means THE AVERAGE - some pallets will be worth more and some less.

It consists of various items and is not focused on tools, electronics, or lights. It is mixed. There are vanities, sinks, toilets, hand tools, faucets, plumbing, thermostats, gardening, tile, electrical, floor brush, vanities, granite tops - a real mix of items carried by the home improvement stores.

Come and look at each pallet. We want to stress that no pallet has been searched. We figure you cant lose at $99 a pallet!! The items are a new condition to salvage condition. This is a real mixed bag of stuff. Call this pallet wars if you want.....this is great for flea market booths, resellers, home owners, flippers, bargain hunters, rental property owners, or anyone who wants to gamble on returned pallets.

The antique items are primarily left-over booth items from a now defunct mall. This is only 5-6 pallets.

The former warehouse items things we gathered cleaning up the warehouse. There are some sample mantels, an unassembled mantel, pegboard, Anderson window, carpet, trade show booth

The hoarder house is a 1930s house stuffed full of various items from the 1950s-1980s. Most of it was thrown away but we kept the things that looked interesting. This was a one-family house and full of many 1950s items. There are only 5-6 pallets. Some of the items are former beer advertising signs,

And finally general garage sale items.....just a few items we wanted to dump.

The auction will be conducted by Lexington Online Auctions. The viewing period will last several days so bidders can arrive and walk the warehouse. The pallets are spread and spaced in 10,000 sqft. You must pickup your pallets FEB 27th and 28th.
No children under 18 allowed in warehouse
