The Mattress Buying Experience, My Customers Story


⭕ My clients came in after shopping for a new Mattress. They came here after trips to the bigger box stores with high pressure sales people. Their experience was full of pressure sales talk to the point that some people told them the type of bed they needed and some sales people had magical ways of knowing what made them comfortable. Plus laying around on a bed in a super big store with a zillion choices does not help clear up the differences in a mattress. When they came here, I showed them the cards for each bed depicting the layers of foam and materials used to make the Mattresses. I left them in the boutique style store to lay around on the different beds. I instructed them this way. Lay around on the beds, take your time and lay the way you sleep. Every bed feels okay if you are on your back so lay on your sides, get in touch with the way your shoulders and hips feel against the mattresses and see what bed keeps your spine aligned and alleviates pressure points in the areas that are in contact with the bed. Stay in a position and see if after 20 minutes it becomes unbearable or if you feel like you can sleep in that position for 29,000 hours. (about ten years of sleeping 8 hours per night). I also showed them the differences in Pillows that make huge differences in the way you sleep. Mattress Protectors and sheets are also something that can add or take away from sleep. The Mattress they agreed on was my favorite in the store because of the layers of foams topped off with the M48 Memory foam that just is to nice to describe with words on .
