⭕ Has a pullout full bed in excellent condition. All three couches have leather that is chipping and fading. The love seat has a tear between the armrest and the backing. The large sofa bed needs stuffing in the middle back pillow. The sofa chair is in the best condition with minimum chipping on the leather. Reasonable offers will be accepted.
