Single Wide Mobile Home - Must Remove From Property - Free Stuff
Old single wide mobile home located in Madras. Had a new single piece rubber roof installed some years back, and some of the windows replaced with vinyl. But dirty/trashed on the inside (couple of cupboard doors off, drawers out, needs paint, carpet dirty, etc., but cleaned/emptied out), and a back small bedroom window is broken out, and probably a few other things. Its NOT something youd simply move and start living in, please dont expect that. Up to you, you can use it for whatever - construction office, do some remodeling/repairs and make it a temp home, or strip it for the metal/frame/axles etc. But it must be removed in its entirety from the property - no exceptions.
1968 Brookwood, 12x50. 12 feet wide x 50 feet long. Axles are installed (with brakes), tires are installed. Tires arent cracked, theyve been protected, and look to be in good shape, but I havent tried putting air into them (one looks flat, others have air in them). Tongue, frame, jack, etc., is fine. This was setup properly when it was installed. The cardboard/fiberboard that was used to keep the underfloor insulation up has broken down with age, some of the insulation is falling down here and there. Yes, floor is good.
Skirting has been removed, sewer/power/water disconnected, ready to remove the last set of blocks (in front and behind the axles). Electric brake wiring is to the tongue, youll need a set of portable tail/brake lights, with enough wire, for the back.
Please familiarize yourself with the how-tos, regs, etc., regarding single wides, If you have a lot of questions or need a lot of info, this probably isnt for you. This is NOT a travel trailer, you cant just hook up to it with your pickup and tow it off. Maybe with a diesel one ton.
