⭕ The unit is located on Lake Conroe in Willis, TX.
2 Bed / Bath and sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Annual dues are around $612 a year and paid 2017.
There is no balance owed on property and Antonio will cover any and all fees to record deed.
Why would I give it away? We have paid our usage and have recently moved out of Texas to Colorado.
If your willing to reimburse the dues for your usage this year, then its yours for free takeover and I am NOT selling it either. Please understand Timeshare and no games or wasting of our time. If your not serious and do not have the ability (or finances) to own one, then please dont bother reaching out.
