Morgan Gelding W/flaxen Mane & Tail. Trails, Arena, And Ranch Work


⭕ My beautiful Morgan horse for sale is named Rum Royal. Hes a stunning liver chestnut gelding, with a thick and long flaxen mane and tail. He is 6 years old and is 14.1 hands. For size perspective, Im 59. Rummy has textbook conformation, and is a correct and gorgeous mover. I especially love his trot, its slow and extremely comfortable. His canter is equally slow, smooth, and relaxed. He also has a wonderful stop. I ask for it using only my seat and he comes right to a halt. I prefer riding two handed but he did neck rein when I bought him. His upbringing and training foundation was as a ranch horse on a cattle farm in the mid west. He especially enjoyed to gather and sort, and he also did a some roping during the branding season too. I have owned Rummy for a little over one year and a half, and ride him both on the trail and in the arena. He is confident and spook-proof on the trail, and fun and uncomplicated in the arena. I always feel safe on him and I ride alone a lot. He knows his job. He trailers like a champ, and I can load him by myself with no problems or issues. I also cant say enough about his ground manners. He does not move when tied, or while grooming, saddling, bridling, or mounting. Hes also very respectful of your personal space. Rummy has always been very well cared for, hes sound, hes healthy, and I welcome any type of vet check. He is a purebred Morgan (Lippitt lineage) but he is not officially registered with the Morgan Horse Association, so I am forced to sell him as grade. And since hes a gelding its never made any difference to me. Papers or not, hes worth his weight in gold. It pains me to sell him, but my recent career advancement has compromised my free time for being with him and riding him. I have current trail and arena videos.
