8' Adjustable And Reversable Harrow
Adjustable and reversable rear blade / comb ( $1275 as shown with weight baskets added )
Made out of 2 7/8 heavy drill stem with 1 spikes 6 long on a 1/4 angle iron frame, the rear blade is made out of 2 7/8 heavy drill stem with two 1/4 plates welded back to back and 3/4 spikes 6 long for the comb. The rear blade / comb can be adjusted to work in three different positions.
In the rear section it has the full weight of the blade / comb. In the middle section the rear blade / comb will be lifted up to clear the ground by two inches. In the front section the rear blade / comb will clear the ground by four inches.
The rear section would be great for ferral hog or goffer ruts or filling in unlevel ground like dried up muddy tire tracks etc. The middle section works well for gravel roads or driveways or dirt road leveling / smooth finish. The front sections work well for spreading arena sand to a smooth finish.
In the rear section the blade / comb on the ground, when the 3-point is picked up. It will drop below the front spikes by about six inches and still allow the whole unit to clear the ground when picked up completely. This will allow you to fine grade any area. It has weight baskets added to allow for more weight to be added to break up hard surfaces.
