30 Bulb Grow Lights Complete System 5 Adjustable Shelves 48x24


⭕ Two of these systems available for $550 each.

Each system consists of:

A 72 tall gorilla type shelf fully adjustable made of steel with 5 particle board shelves that measure 48 wide and 24 deep.

5 light fixture units made up of 3 individual two 32w 48 6500K T8 bulbs for a total of 15 fixtures. (30 bulbs) These fixtures sit neatly inside the steel frames that support the shelf above.

Assorted spacer frames to fine tune the height of each shelf to accommodate growing plants.

Power cords and a power strip to control each shelf individually.

A timer for automatic on/off cycle.

32 Standard nursery growing trays (20x10) with 16 solid, no holes, and 16 with some holes. I used soil blocks with this system, and used felt under the blocks to help distribute the water and keep the soil mix from washing down into the lower tray. The tray on the bottom catches any excess water and keeps the whole system nice and dry.

With this system, I was able to start 5 times the plants in the same amount of floor space inside my garage. I had success starting seeds that take quite a long time to get going such a lobelia, petunia, begonia, strawberry, onion, and celery.

A nice advantage of this system is that the lights produce a moderate amount of heat and help the seeds on the shelf above germinate faster.

I built one system the first year and it worked so well I had to build a second one and fill it up too.

An estimate for the materials to build one of these came out to $923.
