Beautiful, clean, and green 1st, 2nd, and 3rd cuttings horse hay from our professionally seeded hay fields. Small squares, 45-65 lbs each. Cured the old fashioned way, --Mother Nature and sometimes a little salt! --No preservatives or dry down agents.


This is some of our very best grassy alfalfa soft / tender hay that we have specifically planted for our older rescue horses. It is fine stemmed, tender and soft for horses that have poor teeth or hard time chewing and need something soft and easy to digest! --(We even have customers who buy this hay for their RABBITS!)


We have both straight grass hay (soft), and various mixtures and cuttings of alfalfa and grassy (VERY, VERY SOFT) grass / alfalfa mixtures.

Beautiful fields with multiple cuttings and varying percentages of alfalfa, legumes, horse pasture grasses, orchardgrass, meadow bromegrass, tall fescue grass, timothy, ryegrass, festulolium, kentucky bluegrass, white clover, teff summer lovegrass, canary grass, etc.


Very perfect (editable, enjoyable!) hay! --Our horses/animals LOVE it!


We are very particular with the timing of the harvesting, cutting, baling, storing, etc.. of our hay. We cut early for shorter, softer, fine stems, cut only when weather permits so hay is not rained on after cutting if at all possible. We hand pull out any coarse or thicker stemmed portions, triple rake, and double-condition when baling. Afterwards we hand stack on wagons (not machine thrown!) and hand stack each bale into our dry barns on pallets.


People buy for all types of animals and tell us that the hay is beautiful! and keep coming back year after year. Some come from many miles from across the state and some come even from other states telling us that they cant get hay like ours anywhere else!
