1/2 Lease Horse - Friesian


⭕ We have a 10 year-old registered Friesian Mare at CEDAR ROCK FARM available for 1/2 lease. Valkyre is the daughter of FPS Approved Stallion Feike 395. Valkyre is schooling at training level in dressage. She has three wonderful gaits and responds well to rider aids. Ideal riders would have some back ground in dressage who might be looking to school a horse along. Valkyre has excellent ground manners and is looking for a part time friend. Leasing is a great option for any rider looking for a horse without the responsibilities and costs of owning and caring for one of their own.

You must be an intermediate, confident, rider in Walk/Trot/ Canter and be able to demonstrate that you can tack up your horse properly as well as pass a riding assessment with our trainers. We are not taking beginner riders or minors for 1/2 leases.

$300 per month includes:
Up to 3 rides per week
Use of our gorgeous new barn with grooming stall
Access to English and Western tack
100 by 100 sand riding arena, round pen and lots of open space
Scenic riding trails along the Mattapoisett River with access through our private dirt road.
Use of an indoor 2 days per week during the winter months.
Lessons available for an additional charge
