⭕ Selling a GREAT SOUNDING setup... Rotel RSP-1069 Surround Sound Processor and RMB-985MkII amp (5x100w).

If youre looking at this ad, you presumably know what youre looking for, so I wont bother with a ton of details. The setup sounds... like the audiophile-quality stuff that it is.

Both of them for $425 would be a STEAL; Unfortunately, the RSP-1069 is not 100% perfect. The HDMI intermittently fails (intermittently enough that you wont want to use it at all); I prefer NOT to use a receivers HDMI anyhow... I run all of my HDMIs into my TV, then run a single digital audio out into the receiver (on a setting I rename video all); Setting it up as such, you get perfect sound (and in my opinion, a better video signal); It makes it easier for switching with a single remote (both DirectTV and Xfinity remotes do TV inputs and receiver power/volume, but wont do receiver input switching); Plus, setting it up that way, I can have a video source (like a baseball game) playing on the TV while I listen to music through a separate receiver input.

Anyway... the Rotel receiver is functional for great sound, but would need to be set up without the use of HDMI; (Or you could use all RGB composite outputs.) Thats why Im pricing it at about $125, rather than the $400+ it would be worth if fully functional.

Note: The RSP-1069 would also make a killer 2 channel pre-amp for audio!

Another note: The dang remote itself is worth $100 on eBay! Im not kidding! I had to buy one, heheh.

On to the amp. The RMB-985mkII is an awesome sounding, 100w per channel amp. For the money... you wont beat it anywhere. I just checked eBay, and the sold listings show that the amp itself now sells for a range between $325 to $450 after shipping.

For $425, youre getting an incredible separates combo! You wont beat the sound for that price anywhere. Cosmetically, they are in good condition. I shouldve wiped em down before the pics, but didnt; I used bright stationary lights for the pics, which exacerbate the smudgy appearance. In real life, they look used, but nice. No major dings, scratches, or flaws.
