⭕ This is an extremely rare RCA 5Z4 tube...It was first produced in the early 1930s, but that is not what makes it rare...

Notice the picture..its perforated, and there is not a glass or metal tube inside, just the elements themselves. This is the first type of the RCA 5Z4 tube ever produced. (sometimes called the bird cage). Its unusual design did not work out, as there were many problems, and after a short time it was redesigned...See the picture, the smaller, solid metal tube shown is the revised version.
