⭕ Vintage Art Deco Airplane Pan Am Clipper Flying Boat Cast Aluminum Desk Model

Item Description
Vintage art deco airplane Pan AM Clipper, or flying boat, one-piece cast aluminum. No markings but general shape very similar to Pan-American airways so-called clipper ships. There were several versions of clippers made by various aircraft companies.

This version is closest to the martin aircraft company m-130 which had a single rudder and the slightly upturned stub nose. That model operated only from early 1930s through about 1940 due to WWII. Some tiny spots of oxidation here, some very fine lights scratches consistent with age.

Airplane is solid aluminum, does not have a hollow core over 4lbs before packing.

This vintage item is in excellent condition with no corrosion and just a few dark spots from the casting.
