BOAT HOUSE WITH ANTIQUE AND NOVELTIES SHOP. THE WIRING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED SO IT CAN LIGHT UP. INCLUDES POWER SOURCE. THE BOAT HOUSE AND BUILDING ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
