4 New tires installed I rear in Texas at discount tire. Have only put 2000 miles on them and have the extended warranty
Front tires very good and have 2 good spare tires..
Havent driven it since I moved here expect around the parking lot at my storage facility once a month and recently starting driving regularly for the past 2 months
New oil and coolant for storage and I keep the gas fresh with storage additives

I held onto it cause I thought I would convert it to a food truck but became a single father and dont have that kind of time anymore. You can literally drive this thing anywhere. Handled the Appalachian mountains the desert along interstate 10 and the California and Oregon mountains in the dead of summer. Withholding all my furniture and appliances in the back .
I do have the matching chrome wheel covers for the rear, discount tire never put them back on cause they needed new screws for them
Could uses new shocks and a new power steering pump. Not crucial just the things I never got to. Would be willing to do the work for the new buyer if needed. This is not a piece of junk
I have been driving it weekly for the past 2 months
