2012 FORD FOCUS SE HATCHBACK


⭕ This is a well-maintained 2012 Ford Focus SE hatchback I purchased certified pre-owned from a Ford dealer off a lease with only ~6,100 miles on it so its been with me for most of its life and I am the second owner.

I have taken meticulous care of this vehicle and it shows in the photos. The car is in excellent mechanical condition and the interior is in immaculate condition. The exterior is in very good condition but there is a minor dent in the front driver side fender (see picture) and two tiny dings in the front passenger door (too small to see in the photo) that were there when I purchased the car. I installed a removable/temporary clear bra protector over most of the front of the car soon after I purchased it to protect it from rocks, road debris etc so its in good shape but still shows some minor signs of wear and tear. I also have factory Ford Motorcraft touch-up paint for the car.

The car has been regularly maintained by a local Ford dealer and I have all service records. Most of the 69k miles have been efficient highway miles with very little around-town driving so the car feels tight and solid and there is plenty of tread left on the tires. It averages almost 36 miles per gallon on regular gas so its very fuel efficient and makes a great daily driver. The aftermarket satellite radio wiring you see in some of the photos will be removed prior to sale and does not come with the car. Additional photos can be furnish upon request. I am honest and upfront about the items I sell and I dont sell junk. It is in my best interest that you have a positive buying experience with me so I will do everything possible to ensure a pleasant transaction.

This item is available for local pick up or shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs and I will work with your transporter.

An immediate good-faith deposit of $500 within 24 hours is required to hold the vehicle once we agree upon a price followed by the balance due in full within one week of agreement before transfer of the vehicle will be arranged. Paypal is the safest and easiest way to complete the transaction for both parties and is my preferred method of payment.

After full payment is received and clears, it will take me a minimum of 1-2 weeks to obtain the title for transfer so please be patient. I will be in regular communication with you throughout this process updating you as we go.

Pick up or shipping of the vehicle will be arranged at a neutral location of the sellers choosing after full payment is received and cleared.

This vehicle is being sold in as is condition with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller and all sales are final. No returns. The balance of the factory 7-year/100,000 mile power train warranty is honored by any authorized Ford dealer.

I reserve the right to end the auction early as this vehicle is listed for sale elsewhere.

The vehicle is available for personal inspection upon request at a neutral location of the sellers choosing and I will be happy to take you for a ride but please no joy riders and serious inquires only would be appreciated.
