Started this company in 2008 as a way to make part time money and it turned into a full time gig. This is one of 3 companies I own. I have not been on the truck cleaning windows other than to do some training for 6 years. I have had employees doing all the cleaning for me. Most of our business is residential with some commercial. We have monthly accounts along with the customers that call once or twice a year to get windows done.

Advertising:
In 8 years I have literally only sent out 2 mailers. The rest of the growth has all been word of mouth with a few internet leads. (The internet lands us BIG projects every year!)

Training:
I am happy to work with the buyer to get them properly trained on all of our cleaning techniques, systems, etc to make sure there is a smooth transition. I would also be willing to consult with you for free for the first year to help you grow!

What you need:
This is small enough that you can do this from your garage if needed at first. No need to get shop space like we have to get going. Its nice to have shop space but certainly not a must. You need the desire, work ethic, hunger, and vision to succeed. If you have that, this the is one for you!!
