Our schedule is perfect for a one trainer system. One owner has time for personal training openings, time to bring in new clients, keep a schedule that people are willing to get down on.

Competition: Brand Identity: This Business is a place that everyone knows your name. It is a place created to help 30-65+ year olds have a break from the world. Workout and be part of a community, a fitness community. We recognize everyone is human and that humans need accountability, a fresh proactive outlook, and effective communication when it comes to exercise. They want it personal but not too personal and variety. It is difficult to develop brand identity in the fitness community. Weve been involved in the Lincoln fitness community for three years. We knew coming in to this that we couldnt compete with the large marketing budgets that some gyms have. We also knew that we couldnt compete with the large facilities of some gyms. So, we had to be different. What we offer is results in a friendly atmosphere. When members dont come in, well email or text them. The workouts change every day so that they dont get stale and people stay excited. Why dont big gyms offer that level of service? Because they cant! From a financial perspective, we are profitable at a much lower membership level than a traditional gym. This system, exercises, and equipment has been designed to have almost 100% fixed cost. This means that once you reach enough members to pay the bills, the rest is pure profit! Our business has a system that was developed, much like a franchise, but with no franchise fees. Our equipment costs are almost non-existent as we dont use machines like treadmills or elliptical trainers. Membership of 100 would yield about $75,000 per year profit!

Growth & Expansion:In early 2013, we did workouts in a park at 6:00am to establish a proof of concept. We developed the our training system through practice, asking doctors, chiros, and pts what people need, and understanding what people want. We opened the doors with no announcement to the Lincoln community. We based our marketing on community outreach and word of mouth. We have almost completely boot strapped everything. Up until Feb. of 2016 we spent virtually nothing on marketing and getting the word out. We only bought equipment when we had enough money. Our closing rate on new potential clientele has only increased. Which means our sales and recruitment of long term members is above average.

Support & Training:Current owners will provide training through turn over, the one doing the training is willing to discuss an extended stay on the ensure a smooth transition and provide assistance with membership growth.
