Hi folks - well I received so many queries about this ad I have to provide some information.

1/ I only rent out about 20% of the units to the public and a 3 month minimum is required.

2/ The remainder are for my personal use or of my family and friends who share similar hobbies/interests.
We treat it like a semi-private club & it has worked out fantastic for the past 9 years.

4/ I will try to answer any other queries you may and I may update the posting accordingly.

5/ note that the taxes are less currently then when I first purchased the property.
I will try to make time to get the most recent tax info next week.

6/ Note also that the buildings have been recently sided and the elevation is more pleasing to the eye.


I have reached a plateau in my life where it is time to downsize in some areas - this is one of them.
