The only problem is now, I am starting my own full-time business and wont have time to invest in it. So I would like to sell the whole package.
He has great potential for attracting a large local audience, and even not so local, just people interested in prepping. Running Adwords on it is super easy, having a paid members only area and if you want, offering your own t-shirts and hats and even classes. I had found a few people that would be willing to give hunting and cleaning/dressing lessons for the hunting newbies, beehive setup and honey extraction techniques, how to trap small game and clean them for meals and how to can and store food for long-term storage. . The possibility for classes would be a real money maker once you got the local traffic coming in. You could use Meetup.com and the NWAPreppers.com forums to set the classes up.
The possibilities are endless for this potential business. Even if your interest is not profit, but learning and teaching prepping and survival techniques, this website would be perfect for it.
I am asking $330 for the whole lot. That is my costs for domain name, hosting, setup, theme design, logo work, Facebook/Twitter logos and my ideas :)
