⭕ Im looking for a private investor to assist in he acquisition of a business in Scottsdale, AZ. The location of the business in in an ideal space and has been operational DBA for over 10 years, and has the potential for massive growth,

The financials for the business for the last 3 years can be provided and will show an average of approx. 750,000 in NET sales. I am looking for an investment of 280,000 for terms of 5-6 years at an interest rate that will be determined but no less than 7.5%

I have managed the business for the last 5 years and have a verbal agreement with the owner to purchase it, contingent on having the funds. I also have a solid working relationship with the lessee of the property to extend the least at the current rate. I will be acquiring approx. 200,000 in inventory. This deal is VERY time sensitive.
