CONCESSION/CATERING TRAILER
Overall dimensions of the trailer are 8 wide x 20 long. Add another 4 for tongue.
It has a 9 service window on either side and a 6 service window on the front.
All service windows have a 14 fold up service shelf below.
The interior of the trailer is painted with commercial grade high gloss enamel.
The service counters are Formica.
The wash, rinse, sanitize, and hand wash sinks are inset to a stainless steel countertop with a stainless steel, wrap around backsplash.
The floor is a continuous piece, sheet vinyl flooring.
Refrigeration is placed at the front serving area and toward the rear. Both refrigerators have stainless steel exteriors and will double as work surfaces.
Coated wire shelving on one wall will serve as dry good storage as well as pre-packed, non-refrigerated condiment storage.
A painted metal shelf that encircles the entire interior of the trailer will be used to store paper and plastic expendable products as needed.
Coated wire shelving installed across the stainless steel backsplash will be used for sanitation supplies.
Commercial style wire shelving is positioned under one service counter for additional dry, non-refrigerated storage.
The trailer has a complete non-opening roof so the interior will be covered at all times.
Lighting consists of 3, 2 tube florescent fixtures installed along the center of the ceiling.
Containers with sanitizing solution and cloths for wiping down counters and work surfaces will be placed accordingly.
The freezer is placed slightly rear of center and will be used for storage of ice and frozen products as needed.
