Alcoholics Anonymous Big Red Book And Other Editions - Books & Magazines - By Owner - Sale
These books were my Dads, Bill M., he celebrated 43 years of sobriety before he passed away a few years ago.
Dad was very active in AA on the East side of Detroit and surrounding suburbs, forgive me as I do not recall which groups.
I feel that the books and Dads memory would be better served by someone who can and will appreciate them.
My disclaimer is: I am not a book evaluator, I can only say what I see as far as wear and condition.
First is the Big Red Book First Edition c:1939, (this was Dads most prized possession).
All of the pages are intact and still attached to the binding and I do not see any marking on the pages.
There is no dust cover, the red boards show wear at the top and bottom. Please view pics.
Second is a First Edition, Second printing c:1941
This book is rough;
Some pages are not attached to the binding although they all appear to be present.
The blue boards are taped around the binding. Please view pics.
Third is a Second Edition, Eighth printing c:1966 (c:1955)
This book has fading and spots on the blue boards, but is intact with no known wear.
Fourth there are multiple Editions from the early 2000s

My asking price is what I have seen other Red Books sold for over the internet,
