For $550 - You get
The boat (well, duh!) - with all needed spars (mast, gaff, boom)
The foils (well, duh again) - daggerboard and rudder (all are in good shape)
The sails (well, of course) - main and jib (both are near original, but in good shape)
Standing and running rigging - Haylards/sheets, etc.
There is no trailer. I have transported the boat (myself) in the bed of my pick-up truck (although she 11 and my bed is 6, I have not had a problem). If you see the boat and buy the boat (but do not have a trailer or truck), I will deliver it up to 20 miles (Google maps route distance) for free. I will consider delivering it further for a fee.
Disclaimer: The boat does have a small leak at the base of the centerboard trunk. This is typical for the older versions of this boat and does not affect the sailing of the boat. I have sailed her for hours with a hand towel in the bottom of the boat, which I wring out occasionally. The leak was discovered earlier this season and there are forums online which describe its repair. The $550 price already takes this leak into consideration.
