great electric SCOOTER for that little one to enjoy,this unit has been used has minimum wear but its in fantastic condition as pictured,purchased it new for $389 daughter used it a few times and that it now wanted to use it this summer and it would not turn on, batteries where dead, so I wanted to make sure it was the batteries so tried it with a power source and back wheel would not spin when I hit the electric throttle, so I powered the motor directly and it ran strong like a charm so I know the motor is running perfect, there must be a problem with the throttle that can be fixed or replaced once fixed this mini scooter will run like a champ, will pull up to 170 lbs with no problem, Im listing it sold as is, if you buy it ,I will power the motor to show you that the motor is working perfectly so you know this scooter will run perfect once you troubleshoot the throttle issue ,what you see is what you get just the scooter and nothing else look at the pictures as for pictures are part of the item description and decide if this is for you or not,retails for 389.00 + tax Im asking for $150
