Starting Strength principles will be taught. Yes, learn how to correctly Squat, the Best overall exercise you can ever do for Explosive Strength including the deadlift, the biggest test of overall body power. This type of instruction is something seldom found in a high school, college weight rooms, health clubs or your local YMCAs. Ive been a competitive Powerlifter for 30+ years establishing Jr. state records in the squat and was undefeated in bench press competitions for over 15 year straight years and have never lost a masters contest in powerlifting. I started weight training at age 14 and have trained the power lifts for past 40+ years. Im a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience and the Roscoe Athletic Club has been in business since 2005.

I will help untrained individuals or even advanced athletes become Stronger which in turn carries over to real life and makes everything easier in life.The acquisition of Strength in of itself improves all other athletic endeavors. With all things being equal the Stronger athlete wins.We will also incorporate Strongman Training into our program to get Farm Strong. Strength training also increases Longevity.
