I Need A Car, Will Trade For Above Quality Residential Renovations


⭕ I just moved back into the area and I had my car, house, dog and tools in a stable marriage but When things turned out for the worst it came to a plane ticket for me and my service animal as my ex-wife needed something different Idk... Anyway Im 37, have been building custom residential houses, decks, pole buildings and additions since I was 16. I am a qualified Maintenance Mechanic with 1 year experience. I can run electricity from the breaker panel to switch/outlet/fixture along with hidden interior HDMI, stereo cable panels w/outlets. All framing, plumbing (new hose bib, bathroom, shower fittings, water heater?), roofing under 9/12 pitch (metal & asphalt shingle only)drywall patch, hanging & finishing, painting and cleaning. I can install any plumbing or electrical fixture, outlet or box. I love siding houses. I can wrap any type of framing, trim, poles and girts with coil stock and brake. I can power wash and spray paint interior/exterior walls. I have great flooring skills but cannot take on a lot of hardwood and tile, but laminate is easier on my back (I undercut all jams to correct height and fit (no gaps) and always have smooth/steady transitions. I hang doors and fit new windows plumb and correct for smooth opening and functioning, square with reveals/gaps straight. I need any kind of work right now of which I do have temporary transportation from my brother where Im living right now. Im looking to get back on my feet and right now I need a car. I will personally write out a binding contract that after agreed work is done in order, such vehicle and title of ownership for trade will be honored. Im not interested in any vehicle that takes more money to fix than what its worth. Im also into off road vehicles I could flip for a car. But please have a VIN matching, verifiable clean title in hand, running, turn key car, truck or ATVs. I dont mind scratches, small dents or used tires/brakes just as long as it drives and stops...get me from A to B!
